Abstract	报道了采用不同腔长、不同透过率的输出镜及不同搀杂浓度的晶体时，激光二极管端面泵浦Ｎｄ：ＹＶＯ４晶体１３４２ｎｍ激光的输出特性。对三种不同搀杂浓度的晶体的实验结果表明，输出为基横模，在输出１Ｗ时，稳定性皆优于０.２％；搀杂浓度较高的晶体，在泵浦功率逐渐增加时更容易饱和。用用０.５％搀杂的晶体，最大获得３Ｗ激光输出，斜效率４３.７％。
