Abstract	本文研究了作用力对TNF-α抗原/抗体二维反应的影响,结果表明,TNF-α抗原/抗体间的解离力满足正态分布,而非定值,且不同的作用力,回拉速率和接触时间影响抗原/抗体反应的成键概率和键的解离力.
