Abstract	简要论述了长江三峡水库的形态和库区泥沙冲淤特点，重点分析了三峡水利枢纽工程建成后水库蓄水运行过程对库区泥沙淤积的影响，以及新形势下水库运行中需要进一步深入研究的重要问题，为优化三峡水库运行方式提供依据。
