| Abstract | 采用多弧离子镀技术，以ＤＺ－２２合金为基材，制备了Ｃｏ－Ｎｉ－Ｃｒ－Ａｌ－Ｔａ－Ｓｉ合金涂层。观察了合金涂层表面大颗粒的形貌，考察了大颗粒（液滴）的沉积对涂层组织的影响，讨论了大颗粒的成分及形成过程，揭示了大颗粒现象的一般规律，提出了合金涂层平均成分的表示方法。 |
