Abstract	本文在分析水槽模型试验结果的基础上，简要论述了盲肠式河段口门紊动掺混区的水流紊动和泥沙扩散特性．近似认为掺混区的泥沙运动具有相似性，给出了含沙量分布的相似函数．对掺混区的泥沙扩散进行了模拟计算，并分析了掺混区的含沙量变化梯度．在此基础上，建立了盲肠回流淤积率估算公式．
