Abstract<正>基于全内反射椭偏光学成像(TIRIE)系统,本文提出一种新型微阵列生物传感器,用于实时检测生物分子动态相互作用。图1显示的TIRIE系统是椭偏光学成像系统、玻璃棱镜和微流道系统的有机组合。该系统继承了椭偏光学成像系统的优点,如具有高空间分辨率、无扰动、快速检测、直观显示,可实现无标记生物分子静态或动态相互作用的自动化检测及定性和定量测量等等,有关技术细节在文献中有详细描述。
