Abstract<正>在炎症刺激因子或趋化因子作用下,内源性金属蛋白酶(metallopretease)使L-选择素靠近细胞膜部位的肽键水解断裂(shedding),形成游离在体液中的部分和镶嵌在膜上的部分。L-选择素特有的水解断裂现象具有重要的生物学意义,可降低白细胞与内皮细胞的粘附,有利于白细胞穿过内皮层到达炎区组织,同时也可避免这些活化
