Abstract	以椭偏光学显微成像法直观并定量地研究了胶原和牛血清蛋白(BSA)的竞争吸附。在单组分溶液中,胶原和牛血清蛋白在疏水处理的硅片上的吸附分别为亲水表面的3倍。但在两者的混合溶液中,胶原优先吸附于亲水表面(吸附蛋白中几乎无BSA),而牛血清蛋白优先吸附到疏水表面(吸附蛋白中牛血清蛋白接近于100%)。牛血清蛋白亦可取代绝大部分吸附在疏水表面的胶原,而亲水表面却不能。吸附蛋白的表面亲合力是影响这两种蛋白竞争吸附的主要因素。
