Abstract	微型化是当代技术创新的一个重要方面。微型化技术能在一定的条件下完成传统技术不能完成的工作,但微型化不是尺寸的简单几何缩小,由于各因素的相对影响在微型化到一定程度后产生质的变化,从而不得不引起技术质变。微型化最基本的特征是面积/体积比随尺寸的缩小而增大,从而导致各因素相对影响的变化。本文对航空、能源、传感作动器等机电系统在微型化过程中的技术质变进行了分析。
