| Abstract | 研究在静磁场作用下,结晶器中钢水的流动。建立了基于磁流体力学的二维数学模型并考虑了湍流的影响,采用数值分析方法分析了全幅二段和三段电磁制动对钢水流动的影响。计算结果说明全幅二段和三段电磁制动能有效制动并分散流股,结晶器下部钢水流动均匀,磁极宽度、中心距、拉速增加,制动效果变弱,高拉速时全幅三段电磁制动效果好于全幅二段电磁制动。 |
