Abstract	利用TEM研究了8Mn8SiMo钢贝氏体晶核初期长大过程中的微观组织及精细结构。实验观察到初期贝氏体具有应力应变促发亚单元形核特征，相变单元的三维形貌呈薄片状；贝氏体/奥氏体相界面可形成(111)_f缺陷面，为母相奥氏体塑性协调变形亚结构，实验结果表明贝氏体的初期形成具有切变特征。
