Abstract	本文对强激光造成靶材破坏机理进行了评述，将激光破坏机理在Ｉ－ｒ平面内分为冲击破坏、热烧蚀破坏和非熔化条件下的热应力破坏三个区域，并分别对各区激光－靶材相互作用过程及破坏方式进行了评述，给出了国内外的最新研究成果及研究展望。
