Abstract | <正> 过去我们研究了运转压力为20Torr时,较大流速(20~340m/s)对激光器性能的影响,也探讨了固定流速为70m/s时,运转压力为40Torr~2atm范围内高压CW CO_2激光器特性。本文将进一步在高压(40~760Torr)和更大的流速范围(30~340m/s)内研究流速和气压对CO_2激光器特性的综合影响,以期探索发挥高气压器件的潜力。 所考虑的装置见图1。计算的模型和方程与[1]同。假定电子密度n_e在正柱区内沿x方向均匀分布,将一维理想气体的守恒方程和三振型系统的弛豫方程联立求解,在满足一定的稳 |
