Abstract	本文研究20～1300Torr压力范围内激光效率(包括电光效率η_EI、电一振动能转换效率η_EV,以及振动一光能转换效率η_VI)及输出耦合度随压力的变化关系.结果表明,在高压与强辐射场作用下存在电子对激光介质多次振动激发的可能性.
