Abstract	用短路放电法测量电容器分布电感时,常因引线电感及电容引起明显误差;本文介绍了能消减引线电感影响的测量方法。当被试电容量特别小或试验电压高到引线起晕电压时,应注意引线对地电容及电晕对测试结果的影响。
