Abstract	<正> 一、引言一些工程结构,如船舶、桥梁、透平发电机、结构钢架、压力容器、输油输气管道等都发生过意料不到的脆性断裂现象。所谓脆断是指结构在外加载荷低于全面屈服载荷之前由于结构出现快速扩展的裂纹而造成的破坏。由于破坏时变形量很小,破坏很突然,因而危害性很大。工程结构的脆断通常是因为结构上存在缺陷或预裂纹,从这些应力集中的地方产生快速扩展裂纹所造成
