骨的压电性和压电膜对骨生长的影响

Abstract本文首先简单地介绍了骨的弯曲、剪切和拉伸应力引起的压电性的研究;然后,叙述了人造聚合物的压电特性的一些最近研究;最后,报告了植入聚四氟乙烯(Telflon),聚γ-甲基-L-谷氨酸酯(Poly-γ-methyl-L-glutamate),胶原(collagen)和聚偏氟乙烯(Polyvinylidene fluoride)膜的影响下,观察了骨生长的实验。脉动的离子流抵销了动物运动引起的压电极化电荷,这似乎促进了聚合物膜周围骨痂的形成。
