Abstract<正> 高频等离子体在化工、冶金中有着广泛的应用.国内先后用于制造钛白、光导纤维及氮化硼等新材料.但在试验或生产中常遇到下述问题:与高频等离子体发生器相连的化学反应器一旦接地,系统就无法正常运转.经过反复试验发现,由于高频等离子体尾焰很长,时而会接触连在后面的反应器器壁,而一般反应器又是导电的,这时反应器的(电)接地就会引起熄
