Abstract	为实现压裂液的合理、连续、自动返排,克服传统返排方式带来的诸多弊端,进行了压裂液智能返排实时监控技术研究。根据井口压力变化,实时判断压裂液最佳返排时机,实时计算不同压力下最小临界出砂返排流量,自动调节返排阀门开度,自动控制返排流量大小,同时可将返排过程中的压力、排量等数据进行显示、存贮、远程传输。现场试验表明,该技术明显提高了压裂液返排效果和管理效率。
