Abstract通过在块状Zr-Cu—Al非晶合金形成能力较大的成分范围附近设计成分,利用电弧炉吸铸的方法制备了直径分别为3和4mm的Zr48.5Cu46.5Al5块状非晶复合材料.显微组织分析表明,复合材料中含有微米尺度的具有马氏体结构的CuZr相,同时还生成了在非晶基体上均匀分布的Zr2Cu纳米颗粒和Cu10Zr7片状相.室温压缩实验表明,直径为3和4mm块状非晶复合材料分别达到7.7%和6.4%的塑性变形,同时有显著的应变硬化现象.
