Abstract为了研究超燃冲压发动机的热环境,从Gardon热流测量理论出发,研制了水冷热流传感器。同时,根据固体热传导规律,通过对热流和热流计基体温度的测量,获得燃烧室的内壁温度。通过热流计头部热阻匹配,对水冷系统进行了优化;分别采用辐射、对流和热传导三种传热方式对传感器进行了热流-电压、壁温-热流的标定,标定结果表现出较好的线性度和一致性。最后,利用该热流/壁温传感器,在模拟马赫数6、总温2500K以上的来流条件下,开展了超声速燃烧室壁面热流的初步测量,测量结果与传热分析结果一致。
