Abstract以某现有1.5MW风电机组叶片为例,开展结构模态试验,探索采用环境激励手段,测定叶片结构阻尼参数的方法,并将所测量数据结果应用于新设计叶片的频率计算分析中.计算采用复特征值有限元数值方法,分析了在结构阻尼影响下叶片的频率特性以及结构阻尼在一定范围内改变时,叶片频率特性的受影响情况.所采用的试验与计算方法可满足风电机组叶片检测及新型叶片研发的需要.
Other AbstractA mode test of 1.5MW horizontal-axis wind turbine blade was carried out, using environment prompting method, the structure damping of the blade was determined. And the frequency of a new blade was calculated by using the damping test result. Complex eigenvalue FEM method was adopted in the numerical calculation. The result of the calculation was analyzed. The method of test and calculation in this article can be used in the research, design and blade test of new blade.
