Abstract利用SEM、XRD等设备研究了一种Co基合金的短时高温氧化行为。结果表明:随着氧化温度的升高和时间的延长,合金的短时氧化增重均呈上升趋势,在1100℃的氧化增重速率最大。合金在900℃氧化时,首先在表面形成CoO,继而形成Cr2O3与Al2O3的混合物,随着氧化时间的延长,Cr2O3与Al2O3的数量增多。合金在1000、1100℃氧化时,Cr2O3与Al2O3的数量减少,主要形成CoCr2O4尖晶石结构。
Other AbstractThe short time oxidation behavior of Co-based alloy at different temperatures was investigated.As showing by the testing results,the oxidation weight gain increases with the increase of temperature and time,and the speed of oxidation weight gain arrives the maximum values at 1100 ℃.CoO forms firstly and then the Cr2O3 and Al2O3 appear on the surface of the alloy when alloy was heated at 900 ℃.Along with the oxidation time extending,the number of Cr2O3 and Al2O3 increases.When the temperature reaches 1000 ℃ ...
