Al含量对镍基高温合金组织和性能的影响

Abstract利用真空感应熔炼炉制备了不同Al含量的镍基合金;研究了Al含量对镍基合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明;当Al含量为9.5wt%时;合金铸态组织主要由γ'相和γ相组成;当Al含量超过10.5wt%时;合金中出现β(NiAl)相;当Al含量超过13.5wt%时;合金中出现α(Cr)相;当Al含量达到17.5wt%时;合金中的γ'和γ相消失;主要由β(NiAl)相和α(Cr)相组成。随着Al含量的提高;合金的强度和伸长率呈下降趋势;断裂由穿晶向沿晶转变。
