Abstract	盘基网柄菌(Dictyostelium discoideum)因为其独特的生命周期成为发育生物学特别是生物学图式形成(biological pattern formation)广泛研究的模式生物。盘基网柄菌的聚集主要是由环腺苷单磷酸(cAMP)诱导的。饥饿的细胞脉冲发射cAMP,将其邻域细胞引诱向一个中央位置。cAMP信号只能传播大约6个跨膜细胞结构距离,在这个邻域内的细胞的表面受体蛋白检
