Abstract	用扫描电镜、Questar长焦显微监测系统等仪器实时观察siC/BN叠层陶瓷缺口试样在三点弯曲加载时裂纹发生、发展直至破坏的全过程。试验结果表明主层与夹层间的界面结合强度是影响层状陶瓷韧性的重要因素。并讨论了材料强韧化的实现途径。
