高速空气循环制冷机轴承结构及轴系振动性能的试验研究

Abstract采用新型气动轴承对传统滚动轴承与转子结构的空气循环制冷机轴系进行技术改造,并且重点开展了转子振动及相关的试验研究。研究结果表明:采用气动轴承替代滚动轴承的同时对轴系结构进行整体改造,在提高空气循环制冷机轴系运行转速、寿命等方面有着明显的性能优势,并且在满足转子失稳转速裕度的情况下,能够有效地提高转子稳定运行的工作转速。
