高真空液态工质排放多变过程分析

Abstract短周期任务的航天器,在任务结束后要放掉工质,以减轻重量,提高安全性和可靠性。基于两相混合流动及液体闪蒸、闪蒸波理论,结合压力突降过程液态全氟三乙胺闪蒸试验,对1/6 g重力、高真空环境排放流体回路管道内液态全氟三乙胺工质的过程进行分析。结果表明,全氟三乙胺工质向真空排放时会发生闪蒸,回路系统内液体工质的排放时间主要取决于压力排放段、重力辅助排放段和闪蒸波传播段;其中,仅重力辅助排放段依赖于重力,闪蒸波传播段时间最长;试验观测闪蒸波在内径9 mm塑料管内的传播速度为0.23 m/s,比Sim■es-Moreira&Shep-herd简化模型预测结果偏大。
