; Structures will always respond to the action of external loading to some extent. With the gradual increase of the external loads, the structural deformation will be in the elastic range at beginning, and then elastic-plastic deformation will occur if the external loading exceeds the elastic limit loading capacity of the structure [1]. Practical engineering structures are usually made up of many basic structural components such as beams, plates, arches, shells and so on. When these basic structure.
