The test liquids including deionized water, isopropanol and carbon tetrachloride etc. are limited to simple liquids. Their molecule weights are smaller (Lattice scale <1nm) and all of them can be treated as Newtonian liquid under the critical shear rate O (10(12)). The diameter of microtube ranges from 3 to 20mum. Due to the relative roughness less than 0.7%, they are regarded as hydraulic smooth tubes. The driven pressures range from 0 to 1MPa and also from 1 to 30MPa. Based on the experimental results, the flow behavior of simple liquids in microtube with uniform section appears still to agree with N-S equation. For the cone-shape microneedle with the outlet diameter 1similar to15mum, the precision depiction of shape is taken into account in flow rate calculation.
