电磁式微尺度扭转实验技术研究及其典型应用

Abstract基于电磁驱动兼扭矩测量原理研制了微尺度扭转试验机。即通电线圈在磁场中受安培力产生旋转,通过测量和控制电流实现对微小扭矩的测量和控制。经检验,扭矩和电流之间存在很好的线性关系。扭矩量程1.3×10~(-3)Nm,非线性度1%,扭转角量程115°。采用该仪器对金属玻璃纤维进行了扭转测试。结果显示,金属玻璃纤维表现出很好的线性行
