| Other Abstract | On January 28, 1984, I arrived alone in Toronto from Beijing. It was the first time for me to go abroad, to take plane, and even to curl hair! As well known, 26 years ago, China was in its primary period to carry the new policy “reform and open”. At that time, Chinese were quite poor and China was still backward compared to the western developed world. |
