Abstract | The development and phase formation criteria of high entropy alloys (HEAs) were described briefly. A new alloy design form was proposed in view of the big data system of high entropy alloy, and a new high entropy alloy was designed and studied. The result shows that the design form, A(x)B(y)C((100-a-b-x-y))D(a)E(b), is more in line with the requirements of the big data system compared with the previous alloy forms such as A(x)BCDE. The proposed design method can rapidly and visually screen out the expected alloy composition from the big data system of high entropy alloy. The designed high entropy alloy, AlCoCrFeMo0.05Ni2, agrees with the target alloy, and has a great application prospect below 700 degrees C. |
Other Abstract | 简要介绍高熵合金的发展和其相形成判据。针对高熵合金的大数据体系提出一种新的合金设计形式,涉及并研究了一种新型的高熵合金。结果表明:A_xB_yC_((100-a-b-x-y))D_aE_b的涉及形式比起以往的伪二元系合金形式,如A_xBDE,更加符合大数据体系的要求。提出的设计方法能够直观快捷的从高熵合金大数据体系中筛选出预期的合金成分。本研究设计的高熵合金AlCoCrFeMo_(0.05)Ni_2与目标合金相符,且在700℃下有很好的应用前景。 |
