Abstract本发明提供了一种浮动摩擦片全流程损伤识别、寿命预测方法及设备,方法步骤如下:浮动摩擦片在模拟的服役环境中运转;通过三维DIC技术非接触式测量浮动摩擦片的面内变形和离面位移图像并进行数据分析,得到实验中的浮动摩擦片完整损伤累积项和疲劳寿命预测的关系;将所述浮动摩擦片的图像信息导入上述关系中,进行损伤识别和寿命预测。本发明能够非接触式测量浮动摩擦片的实验状态数据,同时关注了面内变形和离面位移两种对浮动摩擦片数据分析影响非常大的因素,提高了浮动摩擦片的寿命预测准确度。
