Abstract气泡是一种具有复杂界面的气-液存在形式。地面实验观测了表面张力与浮力驱动的气泡流动与相变过程,探究自组装、凝固、蒸发、破碎等非线性特征机理。实验采用红外热像仪来观测液膜界面的温度变化情况,观测流动结构演变,研究蒸发与凝固过程的热毛细对流;高速CCD配合红外热像仪,同步观测气泡的界面形貌,分析了气泡与泡沫的相变过程中界面变形。数字全息观测气泡蒸发及破碎气化现象,通过相重构,研究了变曲率界面的浓度-热毛细流动,热质输运过程,并分析了二维湍流运动。数值模拟得到了气泡破碎过程与icy shell的柔性波动。
