Abstract本发明实施例涉及一种氮氧化物的测量系统及质量流量控制器。其中所述质量流量控制器,包括毛细管,所述毛细管具有用于流体通过的流体通道,所述流体通道的横截面轮廓为圆形,所述流体通道的直径小于等于400μm,可选地,所述流体通道为圆柱状,所述流体通道的直径大于等于160μm且小于等于300μm。本发明实施例的质量流量控制器在毛细管的克努森系数小于0.1、压比高于2.5时具有稳定的流量,且不随下游压力波动而改变,能够实现稳流和限流的目的。此外,本发明实施例的质量流量控制器不需要电路控制模块实现稳流和限流的目的,所以本发明实施例的质量流量控制器不存在电路受电磁干扰的问题。
