| Abstract | 本发明提供了一种获得聚能射流稳定性判据的方法,其首先在多种动态条件下对射流材料进行力学性能测试,获得聚能射流药型罩材料的JC动态本构关系,然后在JC动态本构关系基础上对射流进行稳定性分析,以获得聚能射流药型罩材料的稳定性判据,将JC动态本构参数代入稳定性判据,即可获得射流稳定的临界应变。本发明构思合理,充分考虑了应变硬化与应变率硬化效应对射流稳定性的影响,可以广泛地应用于各种新型药型罩材料,能够低成本、高效、准确地获得聚能射流稳定性判据。 |
