Abstract本发明公开了一种基于压平眼压计的眼内压精准测量方法,包括:根据压平眼压计压头的受力状态,建立压平眼压计的力学模型,确定影响压平眼压计测量值IOPG的影响因子,确立真实眼内压IOP与压平眼压计测量值IOPG、影响因子的关系;获取压平眼压计测量值IOPG和所述影响因子的大小,根据所述真实眼内压IOP与压平眼压计测量值IOPG、影响因子的关系,进一步获得真实眼内压。本发明提供的眼内压精准测量方法解决了现有技术中使用压平眼压计无法获取真实眼内压的问题。
