| Abstract | 一种下开平动式直拉单晶炉,包括一炉桶、一炉底,其特征在于,一炉体支架,在该炉体支架的上面固接有一炉桶,一炉底用法兰盘与炉桶的下部连接,一液压系统与炉底连接,该液压系统通过一滚轮坐于炉体支架下面的平动滑道上;本实用新型与现有技术相比可减少炉桶的工作高度,节省单晶炉占用的场地空间;同时可使单晶炉的操作更方便灵活;其可减轻起重负载;其可减少制造直拉单晶炉的成本。 |
