| Abstract | 本发明涉及激光成像的检漏方法和装置。它包括激光器、充有被测介质的气瓶、成像仪和监视器，其中被检测物置于激光器的输出光前方，成像仪的镜头对着被检测物放置，成像仪和监视器电连接；充有被测介质的气瓶与被检测物之间通过管道连接。检漏方法用本发明的装置，先将被测介质充在被检测物内，然后打开激光器，在激光照射下，当被测介质泄漏时，使泄漏气体与周围的环境有一个温差，通过成像仪在监视器上观察到泄漏气体流动的图像。 |
