Ⅲ型加载对Ⅰ型疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响

Abstract通过有限元数值模拟和疲劳裂纹扩展试验,研究了Ⅲ型加载对Ⅰ型加载的疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响。计算结果表明,在Ⅰ型加载的基础上进行Ⅲ型加载,应力强度因子KI随着Ⅲ型加载的增大而减小;KIII随着Ⅲ型加载的增加而增大。在相同边界条件下,裂纹前缘所在直线上,越接近中性面,KI的值越小。为了验证有限元数值分析结果,对铝合金材料进行了疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验。试验结果表明,在Ⅰ型加载的基础上进行Ⅲ型加载会使疲劳裂纹扩展速率减小;在一定范围内,疲劳裂纹扩展速率随着Ⅲ型加载的增加而减小。
