Abstract	针对激光离散淬火基体涂层的接触破坏行为,本文以圆柱压头对预淬火区、间隙区及原始基体上方的涂层进行法向接触,比较研究了三种情形下涂层及界面变形、断裂行为。试验研究结果表明,激光离散淬火基体-涂层体系的涂层开裂和界面变形程度明显低于原始基体-涂层体系,激光离散淬火基体显著增强了涂层抵抗法向接触破坏的能力。数值计算结果表明,激光离散淬火基体能降低涂层内拉应力及界面法向应力,减少涂层开裂和界面剥离的可能性。
