快速凝固高强铝合金粉的爆炸烧结

Abstract本文介绍了高强铝合金粉的爆炸烧结试验,通过试验,现已能用爆炸法烧结成φ20×60mm的无中心孔且质量均匀的棒材,密度超过了理论密度的98%,金相组织分析表明:绝大部分粉末颗粒边界连接得较好,颗粒内部仍保持粉末材料的固有特性。
