Abstract	<正> 为了开发海洋,人们从60年代开始了全球性科学进军。海洋科学获得了迅速的发展,已成为与空间技术,核能利用并驾齐驱的三大科学技术领域之一。在探索解决海洋工程力学问题过程中,人们加速了对海冰载荷的研究步伐。当然,海冰研究的起源可以追溯到早得多的年代。近500年来,人们就一直在尝试着开辟经过北极海域的航道。但是,近年来在北方有海冰覆盖的水域中发现了丰富的石油、天然气等自然资源。据估计,这将使世界已知的贮油量增加5—10％。勘探、开发和运输石油等自然资源的强烈需求,构成一种巨大的推动力,刺激人们大力开展对海冰与离岸结构相互作用
