Abstract利用微流控芯片制备了尺寸、形状、表面物化性质一致的纳米颗粒.此类颗粒结构以磷脂为壳,聚合物为核,中间则是水分子层.通过改变试剂的加入顺序以及调控试剂流速,他们成功地制备出含水量不同的纳米颗粒.通过理论分析以及分子模拟,揭示了刚度调节纳米颗粒进入细胞的力学机制.此项研究表明纳米颗粒的刚度对细胞的内吞起着显著影响,可以用来指导细胞内药物输运载体的设计.
