Abstract本发明提供了一种无创式颅内压测量方法,其先考虑筛板的几何特征、筛板所受外载及模型挠度与实验的吻合程度,基于Reissner型平板理论建立边界上受到巩膜拉力的夹支圆板模型以得到颅内压与眼内压、筛板半径、厚度、弹性模量、Poisson比及中心处挠度、眼球半径之间的定量关系,然后分别测出患者的眼内压、患者筛板半径、厚度及中心处挠度、患者筛板弹性模量,最后结合测出的患者眼内压、患者筛板半径、厚度及中心处挠度、患者筛板弹性模量的参数值,通过颅内压计算公式求得患者颅内压。本发明构思合理,流程简单,能精确、快速测量出患者颅内压,适于推广与应用。
